These terms cover the FeedRound app on Google Play and the App Store, and the FeedRound website. FeedRound is made by Orlin Limited (NZBN 9429053657794), a New Zealand company. By using FeedRound you agree to these terms.
Using FeedRound
You may use FeedRound free of charge for your own farming. The app, its design and its name belong to Orlin Limited. Please don't copy, resell or republish it as your own.
If you got the app from the App Store, Apple's standard licence terms also apply. If you got it from Google Play, Google's terms also apply.
The figures are a guide
FeedRound works out grazing days, break areas and supplement weights from the figures you enter. Its answers are only as good as those figures. Pasture cover, dry matter and utilisation vary, and a feed test or your own judgement on the day beats any estimate.
Check that a result makes sense before you act on it, and keep watching your stock and pasture. You remain responsible for how much you feed and for your animals' welfare.
Our responsibility
We work hard to keep the maths right, and it is tested against known worked examples. But we can't promise FeedRound will always be available or free of errors, and we are not liable for losses that come from relying on its figures, to the extent New Zealand law allows.
Nothing in these terms takes away any right you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986 or any other law that can't be excluded. If you use FeedRound for your farming business, you agree that, as far as the law allows, the Consumer Guarantees Act does not apply, because you are acquiring it for business purposes.

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with the date below. These terms are governed by New Zealand law.
